Service Description
Comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations consist of multiple evidence-based tests and questionnaires* to determine a student's strengths and weaknesses in areas of cognitive ability, academic achievement, social-emotional and behavioral functioning, and fine/visual-motor skills.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with Cogmotion Learning, you agree that services and materials are for personal use only. Payment is due at the time of service, and missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be charged. We protect your information and will only share it with your consent or as required by law. You may receive emails or calls related to your booking, and text messages are optional. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice, and while session bundles do not expire, they may be discontinued. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ohio.
